Default Torque settings for Aluminum Race Crank Pulley

Are the torque settings the same for, say an AMS or Stillen crank pulley, as the stock crank pulley?

the torque value is whatever effort it takes you to throw the piece of crap in the trash, as many times as it has been covered it is absolutely amazing people still waste there cash on such trash
