Default Clutch pedal assembly

Hey fellas what's going on?? I've been researching for a few weeks now on the clutch pedal assembly for a 08 350z touring... This us my delema; I'm in the processes of witching over my Z to a 6spd...after purchasing a pedal assembly I was told it is the wrong one...from what I keep finding out that that the assembly stays consistent across the differ models. The shop that is performing the work says 3 differ pedals were made for this year. I've contacted Nissan and they have no idea what I'm talking about (most of the time they never do anyways) so I turn to you guys...is this correct and if so what specific pedal assembly should I be looking for. Again the car is a 2008 350z touring.
Thanks for the help
