Hey Guys,

how would i know if my transmission is from a 2003 or 2005 350z? i am trying to figure out what the clutch slave cylinder differences are, and the part number is difference from a change some time in 2004. This is not an OEM transmission so i can't go by year of car.

Same slave up to 06 , same rebuild kit.

 

hmm.. if i put a 2003 and a 2005 nissan 350z into nissanparts.cc then i get two different prices for the slave cylinder, which makes me think they are different. maybe different mounting pattern?

and in courtesyparts i get this result:
30620-Z33004 07/2003-08/2004 M/T
30620-Z33005 08/2004-2006 M/T

i guess since i have a cd009 trans most likely i would fall into the 08/2004-2006 one, which costs more too. doh
