Default need serious help!!!!

i recently installed a new jwt clutch/flywheel and throw out bearing. After the install i had no pedal pressure and was getting plenty of fluid out of the bleeder valve so i thought maybe the slave cylinder was bad. Well after replacing the slave cylinder and bleeding again i still have no pressure im sure its bled correctly i used the manually pump the pedal and release the pressure method and also i hooked a hose to the bleeder valve that i had connected to a pump and i had a steady flow of fluid and no air. The slave cylinder will move almost a quarter of a inch when the pedal is pressed and thats it. is it possible i did not put the fork or throwout bearing in correctly? im lost of ideas so any thoughts would be helpful.

I had a similar problem when I did my act clutch. Did you adjust the clutch pedal for the new clutch?

Manually collapse the slave by hand during the bleed with the bleed port open. If you do not do this, you will never get all the air out.

Are you sure it's nothin to do with the fork and throw out bearing? To me it would be a bleeding issue too since it's not moving the rod on the slave cylinder that much and I can't push the fork all the way to the engaged position

if your certain you bleed the system well adjust your clutch pedal to compensate for the new pressure plate it's rather easy to do and easier than trying to pull your tranny back out

Try what I said, takes 5 minutes, get back to us after.

Pedal pushed down, crack bleed port with one hand , use other hand to fully collapse the slave , tighten bleed port. Release pedal, pump pedal till pressure comes back, repeat 3 or 4 times. Make sure to top off reservoir after 2 cycles, it drains quickly.

Ok so today I tried the bleeding method that was mentioned and still nothin so I took the tranny back out and everything looked fine to me only thing I can figure is that the throw out bearing isn't reaching the pressure plate. Could this be a pedal adjustment? Or could have concept z performance sent me the wrong parts? I looked it up and basically a 03-06 is basically the same other than the pivot ball the 03 is 2.12" and a 06 is 1.65"

Ok so today I called concept z performance where I bought the clutch/flywheel combo at and they told me the oem master cylinder wasn't right? Could this been it? I looked an aftermarket one up and it was 199.00 and I kinda want to be sure that's it before I spend another 200 bucks
