Does anyone like or dislike the shortshifters? Why? What are the pros and cons? thanks

Would you like to venture a guess to what it does?

 

stock shifter is short enough for me...most comments I hear about them its hit or miss...some have hard time getting into gear...miss shifts.... honestly if the .01 second is worth messing something that shifts fine already I see that as a pointless move...spend the money elsewhere
