If your researching/ reading/ comprehension skills are of any window to your actual academic achievements so far, sound more like lifelong career

So instead of realizing your mistake, and saying " damn they are right, I have been not doing my own research", you weep like a Japanese school girl in a low budget tentacle **** film.

OP you're question is not hard to understand nor is it out of place on a car forum. A change of gear ratios in the differential unit will make your Z come alive and definitely 'pull harder' so to speak. A set of 390 gears is perfect for a DD, but they are an expensive aftermarket only part. 408 gears are used in some Nissan pick ups etc. and are easy to find new or used. They will make your car accelerate much faster through each gear shift, but will cause a notch down in fuel mileage in high gear on the highway. Keep your eye on the marketplace in this forum as these gears are often available already installed in a diff unit making installation much easier.

Also I believe the 408 gears dont allow cruise control to function.

I can't believe he is upset about this. What did he expect when we told him to go make a thread on my350z?

The cruise control only monitors wheel speed that it gets from a sensor on the axle. I don’t believe it knows or cares which gears are in the differential case as it takes its reading farther down the line from that gear reduction.

wow, wish the fun ***** would let me see the photos... either way, someone obv DID NOT look around the forum. I think the issues stems from a fundamental misuse of the word "pull"

A stripper told me that once.

4.08 gears are a must for an NA build in my opinion. Used to have them and they were great. Best bang for the buck on NA.
