Default Strange Transmission BUMP

Hi

I have recently had the pleasure of owning a 350z, All together the car is very sound. So far I've done a full headers and exhaust swap and a new intake, other than the aftermarket rims that came with the car I haven't changed anything else in the car.

What I have noticed is a very strange bump from my shift **** as I role to a stop in neutral. It seems to go with the speed of the car. The only way I could think to explain how it feels is if you'd imagine a small wheel with a notch spinning under the shift ****. Every time the boot hits the notch it bumps.

I'm not sure if this is normal, or if its something I'll need to monitor more closely.

Thanks ,
James
