Will a good clutch slip in hot weather and when being ran hard back to back?

Just had a quick question...
I had an ACT HD clutch installed along with a streetlite flywheel, z speed csc, and wilwood master installed around 7-8k miles ago. Car has ran fine. I have went to the dragstrip the last few weekends and noticed after running it hard back to back a few times, the clutch is seeming to slip a little.
Im thinking there's no way its already slipping. But is it normal to slip when being ran back to back like that? It was around 90 degrees all day as well if that means anything.
Also worth noting - after a few runs back to back, my clutch engagement point moves to the very very top and makes shifting a lot different.. I let it cool down 30-40 minutes and it is fine.
Any input is much appreciated!
