Default Fuel Line Help Needed

I am removing the prior owners TT build from my car. The stock motor I am putting back into the car is using the stock fuel rails.

The FI motor was using AAM Fuel rails, being fed from stainless lines into an aeromotive regulator. Fuel pump was/is a Walbro 255

Can anyone help me identify which fuel line will plug into the stock rails? Also, will I run into issues using the Walbro pump thats in there? Will it run too hard?

From what I understand the stock line is the one with the green ****. Does it look like the stainless line is spliced into the stock line? Would that plug into the copper piece under the plenum?

Thanks in advance!

you can obviously see that the green cap says Evap service port. that has nothing to do with the fuel. Looks like the stock fuel lines are gone. You cant just splice AN line to the stock setup.

Without more pics and a full original fuel system, best bet would be just leave the fuel system alone.

Thanks for the info - In the meantime I have dug up an installation manual for the AAM installation manual that should help me with the reverse.

As far as leaving the fuel system alone, I am taking the car back to NA for the time being until I can put it back together right.

So, does the fuel only feed to the one point, the brass looking piece below the plenum on the stock motor?

If I can fab a robust enough adaptor to get a stock size hose from my braided fuel line that fed to the regulator to that single fuel point on the motor can I continue to use my Walbro or is that simply too much fuel being pushed into the stock non-return style system?

NA or FI, the return system with a FPR is far superior to going back to stock.

the walbro will work if all the mods have been done to the stock basket.

In a return setup, OEM fuel damper is removed and and replaced with an open aftermarket piece. So you will need to source that OEM part, which is not sold separately, if you do not have it.

thank you for all the info. If I can run the return system then I will.
I've so far read that there is no gain to be had from running a larger injector on the NA setup.

Would I be able to run the return system w/ FPR, stock injectors, then wire up my HKS Twin Power?

I'd truthfully love to just be able to run the AAM System & not have to replace stuff.

the car will run better with the return fuel system. Throw in the srtock injectors and set the base fuel pressure to around 50psi (which is stock) and you'll be all set

Awesome. The pressure rating is a huge help also.

I ordered missing fittings & some stock braided lines to fill in what I am missing from my AAM kit & am pretty enthusiastic to run it.

Thanks for all the help.
