quick question guys...

I bought a set of oem engine mounts to replace in my Z and something caught my attention. Are both of the engine mounts suppose to look the same (visually) because the ones I got, one of them is slightly more separated from the rubber (the metal piece). Are they suppose to be like that? If so, which one is left and right?

Also, I included a picture of the transmission mount being filled with window polyurethane. Worked pretty great except for the pain in the *** to work with.
