P0302, then goes to another cylinder
Wonder if anyone has run into this.
About 3 months ago I started getting some random misfire codes but it was not tied to any particular cylinder. I suspected a vacuum leak and after doing a smoke test I discovered that part of the upper plenum gasket had failed (Stupid Kinetix V+ gasket). I scraped all of the gasket off and made one with a high temp liquid gasket and it cleared the issue immeadiately. A few days ago I started my car up and after about 20 seconds it went into a rough idle. I have the Torque app and found that I was gettign a misfire on #2 (p0302). I turned the car off for a minute or two, started back up and the same thing happened except now on #4 (p0304). I never got a CEL or SES and after idling for about 4 minutes it went back to a normal idle and hasn't come back since. I'm leaning towards a possible electrical issue considering the code jump without doing anything, fuel pressures are good across the board and another vacuum leak shouldn't (or so I think) be tied to a particular cylinder or jump to another. Ideas before I take it in for an electrical diag?
