Default A noise that comes and goes with clutch engagement.

Well I have spent some time beating on my 2003 greddy TT since I upped the boost. May be related. Maybe not. I'm getting this noise that sounds like a bearing I think. Seems to go with the rpms. When I press the clutch it disappears. When I first noticed it I thought it was just more flywheel noise but that's been more of a chatter issue and the new noise is a whooooo sound and i think it's getting louder. Act streetlight flywheel. My first guess would be throw out bearing. But that was new with my engine rebuild about 5k miles ago. Not that I couldn't have messed it up. The pilot bearing and throw out should only make noise when the pedal is depressed if I'm not mistaking. My clutch is a southbend rated to 850tq (dyno says 588 wtq). My trans is the stock cd001 with 59,000 miles. Input shaft bearing noise maybe? I can try to post a video if that would help. I'm not even sure where to start. Just wondering if anyone else has had this and could point me in the right direction.
