Default Papercross air filters?

I've bought Papercross Air Filter for VQDE engine. After some time I have noticed less power. Filter itself is quite beefy. When trying to blow air through pipercross and standard paper filter, pipercross seemed to pass much much less air. Did anyone fitted pipercross filters and had some experience with them?

I doubt it's the filter, but if you want to check, take the filter out and see if you can tell the difference. It's Pipercross, BTW.

I wrote Papercross because I was thinking about my stock paper filter, in the last sentence I wrote it correctly

I was wondering about my filter because it really looks and feels restrictive when I blown air through both of them. I'm gonna buy a cheap filter to check the difference. Though I want to buy a Popcharger but I live in Poland and you can't buy it here, even in Europe!
