Default ECM Relay Replacement (urgent)

So I suspect my ECM relay went bad. Rebuilt the motor over the winter, fired her up and it idled fine, did a few restarts while checking items and now it wont start. No power to the coils at all. Checked the ECM fuse and thats fine, only other item in the way is the relay. I have done some digging and Nissan says you have to replace the entire IDPM, but I have seen some talk about guys swapping just the relay from other vehicle models. Does anyone have experience with this? I have to get this running by Thursday to make my tune date, otherwise I cant get tuned until mid July.

Try the IPDM auto active test
http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tita...tive-test.html

Another thing you can try is take the relay in the ipdm for the wipers or something similar to the ECM relay and just switch them and test the wipers to see if it is actually a bad relay.

I had the same issues where my car would not start, tried replacing the ipdm and such, found out it was a fried ECM.

I swapped it with the A/C relay, same part number, still nothing. So then I got out the FSM and stated testing from the ECM forward. By the time I got to the coils I had power again, so I'm guessing it was a bad ECM connection. Everything works now, fires up and idles.
