Default 350z limp mode

So i just finished swapping over one engine to another and the codes before the engine swap was for the cats. I replaced them and now the car is going into limp mode and throwing a code for the crankshaft position sensor. Its the same one off the old Engine so i don't think its bad, not entirely sure what to do.
03 350z engine out of a 03 g35
