I have had the car on a lift looked for leaks N/A.
(Added because it was slipping after 2 days of owning it , decided to check and seemed to be in need of it bad.)
Put in 2 full quarts! Still no leak or blow back grease from a driving leak.
Tranny does whine a little in 1-2-3clunks in harder then the rest when auto manually shifting it 4/5 smoother then a Brazilians butt cheek.
2005 350Z roadster 5AT 99.9% stock with a k&n drop in.

Just to make sure you checked the fluid level with the car on and cold or "hot". Both are correct ways of doing it there are just two different level gauges in the dipstick.
Have you also checked the radiator connections for leaks?
