HR clutch problems
Long story short,
I changed the clutch to a JWT stage 2 with the 15lb aluminum flywheel. Also changed the master to a willwood one from Zspeed then changed the slave to a Zspeed one. The clutch engages right off the ground and sometimes not at all and other times it engages right at the top. I am really stumped on what is going on. There is pedal pressure during all encounters.

The car doesn't even go into gear at times. And everything is torqued in the correct sequence and spec.

Because you are experiencing erratic engagement points, I'm going to guess the problem is hydraulic in nature. Since you had the entire system open, presuming you have air gaps in the system.
Try bleeding again... CSC can be kinda tricky that way. Good thing is that a power bleeder can work with the HR set-up or you can just try good ol' gravity bleeding.... but let it bleed down for at least a couple of hours.
But I advise using the Motiv bleeder.... cuts time AT LEAST in half on brakes and clutch bleeds.
