2003 DE Bolt Ons - How much power?
What's up guys, I've got a 2003 350z DE non revup, 6 speed manual. I've got quite a list of bolt ons and I'm planning on getting an Osiris uprev tune soon. I'm wondering how much power the car will make before and after the tune. the mods that will be on the car when it gets tuned are as follows:
-Kinetix Velocity manifold
-NWP 75mm throttle body
-Nismo R tune CAI
-MD ART pipes
-Tomei expreme y pipe
-Tomei expreme y back
-aftermarket single mass flywheel
-JWT 1200kg clamping force clutch
The car will also have new platinum plugs, timing system, Mishimoto oil catch can, and other non-power related mods too. My estimate before tune is 240-250 whp and after I'm hoping for close to 280 whp. I'm letting Jon at Z1 tune the car as well. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Stock is 287 at crank, so around 230-40whp. With mod. Probably an extra 5whp. Add a tune and probably 15-20whp so likely 260whpish
Edit: and thats on the generous side of thing

I had the velocity manifold, nismo CAI, ART pipes, and an ARK grip cat back exhaust on my 2003 G35, and pre tune the car made 239 whp, after tune the best run was 261 whp with consistent runs of high 250's. On this car I've added the NWP throttle body and changed to the tomei expreme cat back, so if it makes closer to those numbers I'd be a little upset, haha

He's looking for a roughly 20 bhp increase in power, not whp. To make 20 bhp, plenum spacer, and test pipes, or even high flow cats will do the trick.
If you're doing a budget build, here's what I'd recommend: revup air box, with drop-in filter, plenum spacer, test pipes or high flow cats, and possibly used exhaust, so you get more for your money. A stock DE will put down 225~ to the wheels on a dynojet, the mods I'm suggesting will get you to around 250~ after a tune.

I made 273/260 with no baseline/before dyno. I wonder why they didn't do a before tune run also to compare how much I gained. I thought this was standard to do something like that. Anyways my tune was at Z1 as well. basically I had all the breather mods minus throttle body spacer. I felt like it was rushed that day when I went in.
-Z1 plenum spacer
-JWT intake
-Topspeed reasonated test pipes
-ebay HKS rep exhaust
Would be interesting to go back and tune again since now the setup is with different exhaust
Question for rest of u guys. Does lightweight flywheel and clutch shift your power curve to the left? it doesn't increase/decrease power, just lets you get to your max power faster right?
