Panic! Engine noise - scraping, rubbing i don't know
Well, I got an lower plenum upgrade and a plenum spacer installed few days ago on my european 06' rev-up. Then it was dyno'ed. I was told I had a bad clutch. No biggie, I was going to change it anyways. But when I was returning home I noticed a noise from the front I didn't hear before. It was like two things rubbing against each other. Like a wheel scrap that you hear when you move your car that sits still for two months.
No matter if I engage or disengage the clutch it is there. When I put a heavier load on the engine (3000-5000RPM) for some time, it gets louder for some time. I've noticed (after reving at idle a few times) that when applying gas veeeeery slightly, my gas pedal vibrates a bit.
The best way to describe the noise is friction.
Does a bad clutch or bad dual mass flywheel make a noise even at idle and standstill? Please help, I feel wrecked.

Im only guessing but this sounds like my buddys clutch when it blew apart and a piece was roaming around and free. When he took it apart the pirce of the face fell onto the shop floor.
I would stop driving it and have the clutch looked at.
But your explanation was very vague and open. Could be all sorts of things.

First thing in the morning I'm going to a shop so they take a look and drop the clutch and dmf. I know it may be kind of vague but it's really hard to explain a noise.
The noise isn't constant. What I mean is, it isn't like throwout bearing that sounds the same every second. It's grind grind..GRind...GRIND...grind..griND. I mean every sound is a bit different. Geez... It's so hard to explain.
