Default Engine Fluttering When I Start It!

So I just bought this 2004 350z about 2 months ago and it's never had any problems whatsoever! I've taken it on long trips and it's been wonderful.

About 3 weeks ago, I drove it about 70 miles, picked up my girlfriend and we parked somewhere and sat in the car for a little bit. I started it up and the engine kept trying to start longer than usual and when it started, the engine was very, very low. The car almost seemed like it had no power. The engine sounded like it was shaking and so I turned it off and popped the hood. Checked the battery and no corrosion, got the battery checked later and it was 100% charged. - Maybe a dead cell?

I turned it again with the hood popped and it did it again, no abnormal sounds though like a failing engine or anything. I turned it off again and back on and it started 100% normal!

I went 3 weeks with it running 100%

I went to see my girlfriend again yesterday, driving about 70 miles and it did it again!

I went to turn the car and it kept trying to start, finally it started and the engine was very low and started fluttering like before, I put it in drive and gave it a little gas and there was no power, it started accelerating very slowly and finally it kicked into gear and started acting normal again.

There's NO lights coming on or anything so no misfires for all that I know. What could it be??

Something is wrong with the engine, or maybe the transmission.

Did the dash lights flicker? Could be a loose battery terminal. Easy to check.
