So I believe I have engine ticking I have about 193k miles and when I put in the clutch it goes quiet but once I let go I here the ticking the car is running fine tho any recommendations?

 

Welcome and this must be one of your first cars. That sound may be the throwout bearing getting older. Unless you have any problem shifting, or the sound gets louder than a barely audible tick, I'd just ignore it. There's nothing to do unless you want to pull the clutch.
