Default Solenoid clicks, but no crank

Whats up guys,

As most here know, I swapping a vk56de into my g35.

I got to the point today I could crank it.

So I put the key in, first click, all lights on and goes through normal power on. I click over to crank and 2 or 3 quick clicks on the solenoid, no crank, and than everything goes black.

Is your battery fully charged?

battery is a brand new 05/17 yellow top.
Pretty sure that is fine. Volts at main fuse block fine, once connected voltage at main block drops to 3v. Pull everything off main block, all outputs are 12.5v, starter and alt are good.

I pulled the ipbm and took the back off, looked fine.
pulled fuses out and started see a ton of corrosion. the metal grid under the white cover is rusted and green in many places. It is an obvious problem, if not the problem.

I pulled the grid off and the white cover off the next level, only problem is that the top of the circuit board is completely covered but a black plastic which all the prongs are bent 90 degrees over. So that can't be removed to inspect the board.

I am looking to buy a used ipbm and use the metal grids inside that to clean up mine.

I am not sure how to match up ipbm's for a complete replacement. I have uprev so not worried about programming.

Starter is fine.
I had to beat it out with a rubber mallet and block of wood though.
I pulled all connection and cleaned them with a wire wheel, cleaned of starter and block making surfaces cleaned threads of hardware for mounting.

It spits and spins, than retracts all normal.
