Default Over heating maybe???

I have a 2003 Nissan 350Z I can drive it for as long as I would like without the car having any issues. As soon as I shut the car off I have to wait until it is cooled off in order for me to start it back up. The temperature gauge does not go up at all and I've already replaced the temperature sensor knock sensor bank 1 and bank 2 in the camshaft sensor does anybody have any other opinions on what it could be. Thank you in advance

Not an expert here, Check the resistance on your coolant temp sensor. If you test it Hot and Cold and ever see "0 Ohms", that's your problem.

Please ck back when you get it sorted!
