Default Please help

So the other day I finished up a clutch kit with my dad the flywheel is aligned and everything went back in smooth.. went to test drive the car and now when I give it gas to rev up the motor it barely gets rpm and when driving won't go over like 5 mph. Is it the CPS???

I will. If it helps I was told that since the battery was unplugged for a few days it may need an ecu reset

Ok so I pulled the codes and didn't think to write them down. However one code I got was a camshaft over compensation or something like that??? Is it a camshaft position sensor? Could something have got bumped or banged when the transmission came off of the motor? I cranked it up earlier and it idles low and when given gas the rpms barely climb and it acts like a lack of fuel. Could it possibly be the throttle body??

So I'm thinking I may have to pull the transmission again and check the flywheel :/
