Default Questions about rev limit/fuel cut off.

I have a 06 350z, something ive noticed is that my car doesn't bounce off rev limit or seem to hit a fuel cut off and im Curious as to why. If i Floor it in first it just hits 7600 or so and stays there, it dont seems to cut fuel or bounce. Ive been trying to research why this is and ive seen that people say its actually an abrupt and hard hitting feeling when it cuts fuel but my car doesnt do that. Even in neutral (standard by the way) i can plant my foot on the gas and it'll just sit at the max rpm its allowed with no bouncing. I had a theory that maybe its because of the stock heavy flywheel keeps rotating to the point where the cut off is soo quick that the flywheels doesnt slow down enough for the rpms to. Bounce. But im just curious if theres a problem causing it not to do it? I know redlining isnt good so i dont need the preaching about that, it was just an experiment to hear the sound of the new exhaust at cut off. Soo thoughts?

It's your ECU. Rev ups IIRC hold instead of bounce.

03-05 fuel cut. 06-09 close the TB. If you really want fuel cut. You can buy a 2 step or Uprev and tune your ECU for it.

Alright thanks for the response. I'll have uprev next month and have it adjusted when tune is done. I literally couldn't find that info anywhere
