Default diff breather connector on subframe

My diff breather connector on subframe is broken and i am looking for a fix or where i can get a replacement part. The dealer says they cant get the part anymore and everywhere online says they cant either, except one website that let me order and canceled my order with no explanation. Any help is appreciated. 2006 base model

Really not a critical item, just find a hole stick it in and zip tie it. Never going to spill over unless you track it or overfill.

Mental note, I need to relocate mine. Oil in my subframe sucks
