Hello all, I just wanted to share something with you guys/gals that I think some may be interested in. The eye sore of the oxidized factory plenum finally got to me, so I decided to throw one in my vapor honing machine, and the result is gorgeous. The finish is unique to this process, as it is completely non destructive and leaves no pitting to the surface, on nearly a microscopic level. The factory bolts, corroded of course, had to go, so I put together a new bolt package, fancier than OEM, but not over the top. To keep this thing looking like this for years to come, I applied a special coating that has practically no thickness and makes no change to the surface appearance. I have an extra one that I will list for sale

Wow, it looks like a wrinkle powder coat - looks really good! glws
Thanks a lot, people say that a lot when they see some of the parts I do, but there is no paint or powder coat, just raw aluminum. The finish is just so smooth and clean that it has a slight polished affect. I can blast anything with it, but it really excels with non ferrous material. It makes aluminum look better than new, and is completely non destructive. If anyone is interested in these for their cars, I can do them.
Sorry, but if you're going to post a service like this, you should look into becoming a sponsor. Then you can post pricing and other info, rather than trying to skirt the subject.
