Aftermarket valve covers
Hi I have 350z DE. about 7 months ago I made the valve covers, they are aftermarket I didn’t buy the OEM but since I made them the oil cap is leaking oil. I already bought
the OEM cap, the NISMO cap and
still leaking and I don’t know
what to do. Please I need help I
know there is always a leak with
the VQ’s but if I can fix I will
Do it.

Welcome and sorry to hear about your problems. It always helps to give some background on your car (mileage and repairs) to help us give suggestions. Also, read your question before posting to make sure it makes sense, like: "I made the valve covers, they are aftermarket..." seems to contradict itself. Please restate clearly what kind of valve covers you installed. Also, I have no idea what you mean by stating: "I know there's always a leak with the VQs...". However, the VQ35DE is a precision built motor and doesn't generally leak oil on a regular basis unless there is some damage or significant wear. How and where do these kind of false generalities pop up from?
