03 z vq35de knocking & idle issue

When I turn on the car it seems to sound fine @ cold start 2500 RPM, when it gets down to under 1000 RPM to idle it starts bogging, I got a pending code of P0345 which I replaced the cam position sensor on bank 2, & still the same problem. I am changing the oil tomorrow (4/19), i am thinking it can be the Fuel bypass.. Some help please..here is a video of what is going on below...
