Default Can not for the life of me get rid of P0011 code

I know this is a common code but none of the common fixes have worked for me.

The car seems to be driving fine, only thing I’ve noticed is small lack of power in lower rev band. Once it hits around 5k, it feels like a VTEC Honda and I get a decent boost of power. I have tried unplugging the solenoid from Bank 1 and driving around for 20 minutes and noticed absolutely zero difference from when it’s plugged in. However, the Bank 1 solenoid IS pretty caked in oil sludge and I noticed the gasket definitely needs to be replaced. Is it possibly just a simple gasket would fix my problem?

I have changed the oil and filter, cleaned inside both solenoids, tested both solenoids and both are functioning when I run 12V through them, tested the connection points on the wiring harness and both are providing 12V.

Before I shell out money at the stealership for a diagnosis, does anyone have another idea I could try?

If the problem hasnt been resolved, what is the year and model and have you referred to the FSM for the other specific potential problems that might be triggering the light?

If you've manually checked and OKd solenoids next step is check wiring for signal and damage.
