PLEASE HELP rough idle/ stallout
Hello all, recently I had an issue with my 350z where after the engine warmed up, the car would start dropping rpms at idle and then would die after dropping revs from coming to a stop. The car died a few times, was fine once it cooled off, then the issue started getting worse where the first time it died it would not turn on again until cold. I ran some codes and found P0300 and P0302. I took apart the valve covers and found a lot of oil in Cyl #6, completely submerging the spark plug. Cyl 2 had no oil. I cleaned it out and replaced the valve cover seals with torqen's kit , and after putting everything back together today the issue seems very similar. After doing an idle air relearn, the revs still seemed low at warm idle but were stable. After turning off the car and restarting it, the car would no longer start.
(See attached video) I'm now kind of stuck, determining if it's an issue with the coilpacks or injectors, or the MAF / Throttle body. Any expertise is appreciated. It is worth mentioning that I did at one point in time clean the MAF with throttle body cleaner, not MAF sensor cleaner, and it was before these issues started. However, I did not notice any issues arrive until 6 months later, but granted the car wasn't driven for more than 30 minutes at a time, and was driven for a total of 6 times before these issues arose. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Worst case, your timing may have slipped.
Just think of everything a car needs to run:
Spark, fuel, compression, air.
Recheck the plugs and coil packs. Make sure they are operating properly.
Be sure you're getting fuel pressure. You can get a fuel pressure tester for a reasonable price.
Check your compression to ensure your cylinders are good.
And just be sure it's sucking in some oxygen.
If everything checks up ok, I'd check the timing.
