Ruptured In Tank Fuel Line - Part #? Custom?

Does anyone know what this in-tank black fuel hose that connects to the fuel pump assembly is called? The line ruptured & I want to see if there are any OEM replacements before I go custom & deal with that headache. Any help would be amazing

Any suggestions to do a DIY if there is no replacement?
