Default Help Identifying my Gearbox

Hi I purchased this gearbox a number of years ago and was advised it was a Z34 gearbox, I've recently had an issue with my clutch and alignment with the adaptor plate.
I am wanting to change the input shaft but cant afford to get the wrong parts so im looking to confirm the exact model of gearbox weather that be a CD00X or JK4XX.

Markings on front casing: CD5 #1
Markings on rear casing: CD4 #1

MAIN GEAR COUNT - 26 Teeth
OVERALL LENGTH - 262mm
DIAMETER WHERE SYNCHRO SITS NEAR DOG TEETH - 79mm
SYNCHRO TYPE - Single
IDENTIFYING RINGS OR GROOVES ON SHANK - NIL

Ignore the adaptor and bellhousing as this gearbox currently mounts to a 2JZ, which if i bought the wrong adaptor plate for what I didn't know was the incorrect gearbox might explain my misalignment issue if there is front cover difference.

TIA
