HKS CA Legal?
Does HKS have any carb legal Intakes for California?

The only ones I know of off the top of my head would be Stillen and Injen. I doubt any Japanese products will be CARB compliant.

True but global warming helps bring about drought. Happens every couple/few years but this one is bad. The entire Western Region looks like this....
