Hello Everyone,

New to the forum, just bought a 350Z from an auction, and i want to return it to stock (better resale i buy and sell cars) i have the following hooked up to my MAF, can someone just tell me what it is? and if i remove it will it affect the car?

Also will this cause an error p0011? still didn't research that
