At the MINIMUM, they could have used realistic pricing and not list. They could have gone down the list at performance nissan. They could have also not advertised the price of non power adding products into the equation. Just little things like this really skew the results and perception of the readers. SCC knows their readers are not very car savvy and that is why they read that fluff. It's entertaining, right? Don't think I am making a stand for NISMO. The only power adding part I have by NISMO is the catback exhaust. There is a reason for that and I didn't even read SCC.

The guys at Polk Performance use 18% as drivetrain loss on the dynojet they use, who really knows what to use. I know that the butt dyno feels a big difference.

That's right. Who really knows what to use? Trying to use a loss percentage to calculate motor HP for all Z's is an assumption at best. All you know for sure is that car X has X HP at its wheels. You do NOT know what is has at the motor or what any other car has at their motor until you take that motor out and put it on an engine dyno.

good thing some of us took 6th grade math . the Nissan cars are dyno'ing just where they need to.
