Looks like a universal kit.
It may have instructions, but they are probably generic. You may end up with excess or shorter wires then you would like and would get from a custom fit kit.
The ad does not say if the wire is 4 gauge or not. Most universal kits I have seen are 8 gauge.
The ad does not say if the ring terminals are Gold Plated or not. The connecting plate and battery terminal are aluminum.
The $16 shipping is a little high IMHO. Total cost is going to be $33 to $34.
Always send an email directly to the seller through Ebay if you have a question. This seller has sold a lot of stuff and has a relatively good feedback though I prefer someone with 99% or better.

It's cheap for a reason.
Looks like 8 awg wire. Could be just plain copper wire too. The kit I made has oxygenated copper (coated with tin) to prevent oxidation (rust & corrosion) The ring terminals could be just plain copper as well. Looks like this kit will last a few years before the ends start to rust off.
Also, the high shipping is a tactic to sell the item at a lower price so the seller does not have to pay a high seller fee. Ebay takes a percentage on all winning items, so if a seller can sell it for a low price they can save on the seller's fee. Hence the seller can makeup the difference from shipping.
