Depends on what dynos you believe. There are some that are very much in question....some people use STD #'s , some use SAE.....it's nota level playing field with peoples claims on these boards....keep that in mind with any #'s/claims you see or hear.

You're thinking of TrackZ (Mike)...

Adam is still camless. Just wickedly fast with bolt-ons.

mjedens is our "bigdog" hitting 302 before yanking out his JWT flywheel. He's a drag racer... went back to stock - running 295 with the stock flywheel.

btw... mjedens hit 474 with his 150 shot, propelling him to a 11.70 @ 120 mph

Though he hasn't called me to let me know how that 250 shot went!!!!!

After driving the Z06 and thinking on it for a day or two, decided against it ... it is "just another Corvette" on the road. 1 of about 1,000,000 it seems. The Z gets more looks and can be more surprising.

to get over 280 whp basically all you need is a good set of boltons and some good cams. that seems to be the most effective way to make good power.

I kinda agree ... I have yet to see someone with the standard Nismo cams hit more than 270 ... the JWT cams have done it pretty consistently when adding the Crawford package and exhaust.

The spec 1 or spec 2 nismo s1 racing cams and do they work with a stock head? Have you guys found any gains in porting and polishing the stock head or?
