Is the "JWT Pop Charger/350Z intake pipe combo" worth the extra money? Concept Z performance offers the kit for about 190.00 dollars. The results were "...a combined 12HP increase, these two items..." This is all apposed to the $119.99 heat shield and filter package, with alleged hp results "around 6-7 RWHP." Well my z brothers/sisters what do you think?? Thanks a buncho! One more thing, do you think there will be a big diff -if any- sound wise between the two units?

 

Im not sure why they sell a "Z tube" with the popcharger. That is the stock 350Z intake tube and if you had a G35 that would be a good combo. Anyway, I have the popcharger installed and it's a blast. It adds a great sound and just looks cool under the hood. I really can't feel a drastic increase in power but it's somewhat noticeable. I would say it was a worthwile purchase. Fool some ricers into thinking you have turbo and still smoke them anyway.

Haha, thanks Ugyjig. I guess I must have looked over the z tube part lol, I thought it was a bigger tube over all. Anyways thanks for your input, that's all i needed. I've been reading most of the posts on this pop charger and it seems to be an almost unanimous decision -going for the kit of course-. Now the last question I’m going to leave everybody with is if 119.99 bucks is a decent price .

 

thats pretty much the norm price, sometimes you can find someone having them on sale. i paid 120.00 for mine and i think its worth every penny.

 

looked high... looked low.. $120 was as low as it goes.
