UR pulley install.... now missing pieces..
I installed my crank pulley on Monday and made a HUGE mistake. I forgot to tighten the nuts on both tensioners. I tightened the tensioners to make the belts tight, just not the nuts holding them onto the block.
Well the A/C belt tensioner fell off while driving. No damage to the tensioner or the car.....BUT......... now I think I am missing some pieces and I can't figure out how to reinstall it. I need some mechanical help here big time!
I found the:
*tensioner puller
*a gold colored washer that only fits over the threads, not over the whole bolt
*a black thin piece of metal in the shape of a circle.
I know I'm missing the nut, not a problem. I'll pick up one at Home Depot. Am I missing a second gold colored washer? The other tensioner has two, one in the front and one in the back.
And finally, in what order do the parts go back on? I couldn't figure it out.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Oh well. $20.00 is the cheapest lesson I have ever learned.
