Cool, I'm glad I choose Mobile One now. I always used it in my Hondas, but the salesmen was talking about some warranty crap. Turns out he was full of it.
Oh yeah, Nissan Filter, ALWAYS!

Another Mobil 1 5W30 with Nissan oil filter.

I pay disposal fees for my old oil included in the price.

I am thinking of inventing a way to turn it into gasoline

I've always run Mobil 1 in my cars, so I'll deff. run it in my Z. I'm coming up in my first oil change since the purches of my Z. What about Oil Filters? I was thinking about running the (Long) Oil Filter sold on Performance Nissan Parts? Or am i better off going right to my local Nissan dealership and getting a factory one right from them? Thanks Alot!

I use the regular Nissan Filter. No need for a longer one, that actually slows down the filtration process.

I buy the oil in 5 quart jugs. After I'm done with the oil change, I will put the old oil in the 5 qt jug, then take it to autozone and dump it for free..

What if you purchased the maintenance plan from the dealership?

Will they install synthetic for free?

Actually, when I bought my own Mobil 1 syn oil I forgot to buy the oil filter with it, too. So the dealer just used theirs.

I just changed after 2300 miles to Mobil 1 and I decided to go with the Fram filter, bouble guard.
I could not beleive how tiny the filter is, does not seem right I mean how good can this be? I`am thinking the more filtering area the better. Anyone care to comment on this.

You're using 0W oil? I've only heard of that being used in turbocharged cars, right?
