The HKS VPC unit has been discontinued for quite some time now. You can still get the harnesses and the sensors and such, but the actual VPC unit itself is no longer available. There are still some used ones out there floating around that some people might want to sell when going standalone or something like that, but you won't find any new ones.

VPC is just a Vein Pressure Converter which basically converts your car to a map based system. It's still a piggy back though.

thats the harness for the F Con - sauppose it would work on the VPC as well, though there is no VPC chipped burned for a 350Z, so it would not work

Even if there was no harness, you could still technically hardwire it to your ECU, but as Z1 already said, there is no chip burned for it, so you wouldn't be able to make it work even if you could hardwire it in to the car.
