anyone ever thought of using one of these engines other than Japan?

I saw one 350 in japan with one in there car pulling close to 420 rwhp. Of course it wasnt running the stick turbo though an hks 3037 I think.

Anyway, just wondering cause I found one of those engines in Japan for about $1k

 

Interesting now I found that the Y33 had a vq30 Turbo
