I ordered the HKS Grounding Kit. I have to say it looked pretty nice. I comes with a gold colored disk terminal and the wires are purple. I was all pumped up to install it myself. After I opened it up the instruction were in Japanese (shock #1), but that was no sweat. It had some pictures, but they weren't great. If I got in a Jam my wife is pure Japanese so she could read it for me. The kit comes with 8 wires. So I go out to the garage opened everything up and there was shock number 2. The kit was set up for Japanese models. On Japanese Z's the battery is on the other side. This may not seem like a big problem, but believe me the way the kit is designed it's a pain in the a$$. I was bounds and determined to make this work. I had to do some drilling, but I finally got it done. I have to say I looks pretty good.

You'd think a big company like HKS would have a product that was geared to the American models. As for the performance, I don't know. I only thing I noticed was the idle was smoother. Well that's all I got folks.....db

PS...By the way even though my wife could read the Japanese she was not much help......

I'll try Mike, I wanted the order the Xtremes, but I was in Iraq when I ordered the HKS. I was not able to use the Pay-pal for some reason. I wanted every thing waiting at my house when I got home, and they were :-) I have a whole month to enjoy my car then it's off again :-(

i remember seeing on their website that the grounding wires needed "some modification" for the US 350z.

now i know why. main thing is you got it to work and you are happy with it.
