I want to install a Clutch Master stage 3 clutch and lightened flywheel into my Z. Is this a diffecult thing to do for a novic D.I.Y.er? If so, what kinds of prices should i expect to pay if i have a professional install these parts?

The mechanical portion of the installation is not too bad. The problem is unless you have a left and tranny stand/support, it's a challenging job to do in the garage due to the weight of the tranny.

Personally, I'd leave it to a shop to peform the install. The dealer in my area wants about $250-$300 in labor for the job.

 

ya, you have to drop the whole pumpkin, so i would let a shop do it.
