Default Cat sensors

I just purchased and began installing the Crawford Cats. I didn't get any instructions or receipts. Just great! Does anyone have a good method of getting those sensors out without damage? I would call Crawford but I don't know if they would tell me since I got a box with no paperwork.

No, I figured it out and unhooked the electrical first.

If the sensors are being real stubborn? you could heat up the hex part or right below the hex with a touch, so that the material expands.
