Default stock compression ratio

I just did a compression test on my car, i figure while its new i mind as well so i know what to compare to later on. The results were around 216-220 for each cylinder. Does anyone know what the average is or what its suppose to be??? my car only had 1600 miles on it so its brand new. The car was driven right before, we didnt do a test for about 1 1/2 hours after the car was driven before to take things off and get it ready for the test.

Did you test all cylinders? If you have only a 4 pound spread in your values between all 6 cylinders---- keep the car well serviced- this is a very, very tight spread. You have a great engine if this is the case. Sorry I do not know the "proper" values, but you should be able to find out with an online search.
Hope your engine and enjoyment last forever.....

yea at most there is only a 4 pound spread, almost all cylinders tested at 220, 1 cylinder tested at 218, the other at like 216/217, the rest were 220. The Z i test drove is way slower than the one i actually got, so im hoping i got a factory freak. I want to go dyno my stock Z for comparison later too.
