questions about Greddy TT kit

Okay guys, I am in the market to buy a new Greddy TT kit that comes with the intercooler. Is there anything else that I have to buy in order to install the turbo in right? Do I need guages or electronic devices? How much will it cost for a good tuner to install the turbo?
