Default white powder...

it's not what you are thinking....

I've recently put on a set of Nismo exhaust.. and noticed white powder like stuff at the end of the exhaust tip...??

anyone know what's causing this white "film"???

someone mention to me that this is caused by running it too lean... does this have something to do with my pop charger install w/o reseting the ECU???

the car feels fine.... any feedback would be appreciated

White powder or smoke coming from a new exhaust is common. I saw it and was told by many here it's normal. You'll probably also notice a terrible smell for the first couple of hundred miles. Eventually it burns off and the smell and white smoke go away.

So have you actually dyno'd the effects of adding coke to your gas? I mean I know it's a great power booster for humans, but if it works for cars too, street value's goin up! Sorry lemansz, just couldn't resist... Hope somebody's got the answer for you!
