Shopping for forged pistons & rods

Hey I am lookin to buy some pistons and rods to complete my Greddy TT boosting. other than these two products, what else do I need in order for it to be safe to boost higher psi's? I found pistons on ebay, here check it out:

there was a big group buy in forced induction,,,,,,,,,arias pisonns and pauter rods.....1580.00 contact gq_626 maybe he can still get that bargain for you......
